Lemon Poppy tea is an herbal tea that is not only warming on a cold day. But it is also traditionally used as a support for colds and other ailments, because it is rich in iron and antioxidants.
Tea is best served in a teapot. This allows you to use a larger amount of water, bringing out the full flavor profile of your tea (and it's also better for our planet to only heat your water once!) The Lemon Poppy tea is also delicious on hot summer days to drink cold.
