We try to settle your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be packed nicely and carefully, a gift by mail. We ship with PostNL and within the Netherlands a package is about 1-3 days on the road.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code. Please follow this information to see where your package is.
For the Netherlands: PostNL no longer leaves "not at home" notes, you can see where your order was delivered in the PostNL app. If your order has been brought to a PostNL point, it will remain there for a week, if the package has not been picked up, it will be returned to maison KOOS. Unfortunately, we are then forced to charge shipping costs again in order to have your order delivered.

It is also possible to send your order to someone else. You do as follows:
- Check "ship to another address" at checkout.
- Enter the address details of the recipient there.
- Option: do you leave a personal message? We write this on a nice card and make sure it is included with the order.

Not satisfied with your purchase? That's too bad, that is not what we are aiming for.
Do you want to return the order or part of it? No problem. You can return the item in original packaging within 14 days. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

Here you can indicate the reason for your return and download your return label. Returns are free within the Netherlands, outside the Netherlands you are responsible for the costs. We do hope that you handle the right of return with care. Not only does it entail high costs for us, it is also a significant burden on the environment. If you have any doubts about the color, size or any other question, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help you.
You will receive an e-mail if the return package has arrived with us. The money (including any shipping costs) we return to you within 5 days by the same way as you have paid.
Is the item damaged? Then we would like to receive a notification by email ([email protected]) with images. We will gladly solve it for you.
